Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any delays caused outside of our control will be communicated to you via the email you provided.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $7 flat rate shipping to all customers with an additional $1 per item after the initial item. For example: 1 item=$7, 2 items=$8, 3 items=$9, etc. Any order over $80 will not be charged for shipping
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@impressedgraphics.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In order to be eligible for a refund you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase, the product must be unused and undamaged in any way and the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase Check out our refund policy here
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@impressedgraphics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
